Dana Carney
1. I’ve got a thing for hot, smart women. Dana Carney’s research on non-verbal communication, social dominance and “snap†judgments is groundbreaking stuff. Add a Harvard degree and some blonde hair, and you pretty much have a person I could talk to for hours. (I just so happen to have an interview in the works with her. Lucky me!)
2. Training with a group of like-minded guys is one of the best ways I know of to achieve a great body, have a lot of fun, and be held accountable. They spot you during heavy lifts, give helpful cues, and even call you a pussy if you’re acting like one. Great for the gym and for your self-esteem! Thanks guys…
3. I just can’t bring myself to drink the shitty beer most guys my age drink. Don’t get me wrong; I love a good Miller Lite every now and then. But if I’m going to have a beer, I want to indulge. My choice? The 60 Minute IPA from DogFish Head Brewery. It’s a bit more expensive - around 10 bucks for a six-pack – but well worth the cost.
4. What’s worse than feeling like you’re going to throw up after a set of barbell complexes? Not having anything to wash down that vomit feeling with, that’s what! Biotest’s Surge Post Work-out Drink is an absolute must-have for anyone serious about getting the most out of their weight-training program. It’s the perfect blend of high-quality protein and carbs that tastes great. (I stick to the Original flavor, myself.) Have ½ a serving before your workout, ½ during, and a full serving afterward.
What kinds of things are making you happy right now?

I respect your beer choices. I too cannot drink shitty beer (I'm 22). My choice is usually a darker, sweeter brew with some fruity hints, but I'm way into the summer seasonals right now.
Beers you should try: Ringwood brewery "Old Thumper" (english ale, nice floral aroma and taste, should be similar to your 60 minute IPA, but probably more balanced and less hoppy tastes), Left Hand "Deep Cover Brown Ale" (best american brown ale? Dark, nice roasted malt flavor and some hints of a dark fruity taste), Redhook "Sunrye" (great summer seasonal).
