I stumbled on to Ron's website a few days ago and was amazed not only by his transformation progress, but his attention to detail and borderline obsessiveness on keeping notes.
We could all learn a thing or two from this.

You are so right in that RON is really a great inspiration. He´s actually one of the few who do daily accountability and is a nice guy besides. That´s the real reason I go check out his blog every chance I get.

Looks like your buddy Ron has a winged scapula on the right side, and a possible associated serratus anterior issue leaving him very susceptible to a right shoulder injury.
