A Note From Nate

I want to become my own hero.

Yeah, I want to build a powerful, healthy body. But I also want the neglected aspects of heroism: integrity, courage, fulfillment, passion. I want to become a truly good person, help those who need it, care for my family and friends, and stand up for what I believe is right.

(I also want to drink good beer, travel anywhere I want, make my own work hours, work effectively, earn good money, and seduce sexy women. Hey, the hero life does have its perks.)

With this blog, I'd like to share stuff I've learned or am currently discovering about living a fulfilled, exciting life. And I'd appreciate if you shared your experiences and lessons-learned with me, too.

Whether we're talking about working out, travel, relaxation, lifestyle design, relationships, finances, or the best cheap bourbon (Evan Williams, for your information), I want you to feel the satisfaction of becoming your own hero.

Thanks for checking out my site.

Cheers,
Nate
